Army Public School, Tibri was established in July 1991 with classes upto V standard at NCO's institute and was upgraded to Class X in April, 1998. The school was shifted to re-appropriated MES building in July, 1998. Class XII was added to it from 1st July, 2003. The school shifted to its new building in Nov, 2009 and got the status of Army Public School.
The new building was formally inaugurated by Lt Gen Ramesh Halgali, SM GOC 11 CORPS on 11th May, 2010. It is spread over an area of 24 acres and cater for 2500 students. The sprawling campus has an aesthetic layout with lush green lawns. Modernized and progressive educational technology has been installed to help the students attain their optimum academic potential and to train them to become achievers in life.
